it is a good thing. not a great thing by itself but it is one consideration in "winning the breakup"thee way I see it there is a point system in all post breakups.1 point if the ex's new "interest" is uglier than you are.1 point if your new "interest" is hotter than they were.1 point for having more "mutual friends" take your side.- 1 point for being the first to call again after time apart.- 1 point for having to leave a place because he/she is there.+10 breakup points but -10 honor points for "hooking up" with the ex's bestfriend.+25 if your ex's dad/mom still wants to know about you after the breakup. maybe even take you fishing.of course there are other parts to this system but these are the basics.
